Overview
Texas Dermatology is a prominent Medspa and Dermatology franchise based in the San Antonio area.
Challenge
Texas Derm asked me to do an audit of their accounts that were being managed by a large agency. They were unsure how well the campaigns were being managed and if they were being managed at all. Commonly, in this industry, we see many agencies use the "Set it and forget it" strategy, and that was the case here. Over time, their account was deteriorating and targeting people in other states and countries.
Approach
My initial strategy for Texas Derm began with pulling all of their historical data and reforming a new structure that was easier to manage and correctly optimized. On Google, I started with a/b testing new Pmax campaigns with their existing, newly optimized search campaigns to compare. On Facebook and Instagram, I recreated each campaign within a well-formed funnel that focused on cold, warm, and retargeting. In addition, I was able to pull together data on what new graphic designs and creatives we should be trying based on what was already successful.
Results
Rethinking the Facebook and Instagram creative and targeting strategy and watching Google campaigns daily cause an influx of new leads for over half the price. Sometimes, all a brand needs is some T.L.C.!
